Does the Bama WR have to sit first half next week?

You guys are delusional. Here is the rule that has been in place since 2013 according to the NCAA in the link I posted.
(copy/paste):
If the foul occurs in the first half of a game, the player is ejected for the remainder of the game. If the foul occurs in the second half or overtime of a game, the player is ejected for the remainder of the game and the first half of the next contest.
Lol. Exactly what I've been saying

That used to be a normal tackle. I guess sooner later "two hand touch" will be the only acceptable way to play defense.
Helmets didn't used to have facemasks. We've gotten smarter. Well, some of us. I don't have to see a kid carted off with his head strapped to a gurney to enjoy the game. There's a difference between tackling and trying to put a defenseless player in a coma. I'm guessing you never played the game or had a kid you cared about play the game. It's easy to sit in a recliner and talk about how the game is for sissies nowadays.

Targeting is ejection for the remainder of the current half and the next subsequent half.

Uh, those say the exact same thing.

The one with the targeting call?

That is still the rule, right, or will they make an exception?

LOL, I figured that if they can change the rule on intentional grounding to favor Bama, why not this one?

But the best is yet to come, as there is too much money riding on Bama getting in the playoff, so GA better get ready. It wouldn't surprise me if the officials aren't already studying GA game film to see which OL would be easiest to call holding, a hand to the face of a DL, or pass interference for touching a receiver.

They usually let them play a bit more in the SEC Championship game.
