Dog turds

I would assume a dog turd wouldn't taste any better.

Fillet ,roll in course ground cornmeal. Fry in bacon grease( especially Bentons grease)and dust with old bay. Served next to taters and onions ,dang hard to beat. Me and few buddies do it every year. And yes......most things, excluding dog turds, would taste good this way

That may be true. I'm used to rainbows caught out of cold mountain streams in the Sierras.

You all have some weird taste in foods! Darn hard to find a fish better tasting than a fresh rainbow trout. And before you retort, ask yourself if you think crappie taste good. If you do, you have no sense of taste! They're bland mush. Now a bluegill or sunfish? THAT's good eating!

I actually "like" them all.
Glad they all don't taste alike.
I love crappie, love trout (even farm-raised ones), love catfish, love the differences!

I'm weird, but I actually like crappie better than bream.

I agree with ya. Ive caught a bunch- i always turn them loose. I cant make them taste as good as

Bluegill, spotted bass, rock bass and crappie - fresh and fried- delish!

Tn-Joe hates me so I broke down and took my daughter after some trash fish. First time I've ever managed to get a 2 man limit. It was slow but managed our 10 fish between 2pm-5pm
