Domestic turkey Killin

Get them cooling and be consistent. Keep the temp going down, don't let it rise. Be sure to chill thick areas.
If your freezer has other items in it chill to 45 or you risk thawing other items. If your freezer is empty room temp with no hotspots will work.
Do not dry them, freeze them moist.

Just be certain you get them clean
