I hunted this morning without a gun, no reason to stop if you don't want to kill one, turkey season only comes once a year, you can fish the other 10.5 months of the year.

Was off work today so hit the woods. Basically a repeat of opener. Absolutely hammering on the limb and silence on the ground. I'll admit I was pretty much just randomly calling. He never made a peep and I had no idea he was coming until I saw him. 19lbs 1"spurs, and 9" beard. Not a huge bird but he'll do.

Jealous not fires a shot this year!
