the good ole days of nascar. i used to love watchin the races, but the likes of kyle busch just ruin it for me. it just dont seem like the same sport anymore.

Actually Kyle adds a little excitement to something that has got pretty boring for the most part.

I do miss the fact the fact that Nascar has almost ruined the sport by not letting the racers race hard. And gotta agree with Airman Kyle brings excitement to the race because you never know what he is going to do.

kyle does race hard i cant say that he doesnt. its his cry baby attitude that i dont like. there is no room for pouting in professional sports.

thats why I started liking Kurt Busch he raced the same way Sr did when he came up, he raced hard every race until Nascar got on him and told him to calm down(he didnt have power Sr had). They turned him into a racing zombie like the other drivers. Now Kyle has that fire but Nascar will throw water on him to in time.

SR didn't have any "power" over the sport or its outcome, don't fool yourselves. He despised restrictor plates (as most drivers do) and Nascar did nothing. He bumped and whined bout every bit as much as Kyle does, but was cheered for it instead of booed.

I watched him and cheered every time he wrecked the same ya'll do when Kyle does.

I think SR would have very very much liked Kyle, and very likely Kyle would be driving one of his cars. Have ya'll ever considered that!

I would rather watch a replay of a race from the 80's or early 90's knowing the outcome than to watch a new race today. Nascar is as boring as the NBA and that is hard for me to say.

I wouldn't go as far as comparing it to the NBA. Things change and NASCAR isn't any differant. I'm sure some people didn't like some of the changes that happened since it all started, but it's a huge business now a days. I think the only reason more are watching Kyle is just to see him throw a fit after a race, although he can drive and will be better when he grows up a little more. Sure the old days or bumping, pushing, and wrecking each other was entertaining, but you can't afford to wreck your car or do bad and still have a ride the following season.
