No kill but passed on two bucks . First one was the small eight I seen the other day trailing that other buck and doe . He came in after about 30 minutes after daybreak . After he passed my tree he stopped think he smelled where I had climbed the tree but continued on .Low and behold heard leaves crunching same way he came sure enough larger deer so I'm getting ready . Yes it was a buck probably 3.5 year old but his rack looked awful . Left side lots of mass but tines broke could only see one good , other side even worse main beam broke with only a stub but did have a six inch brow tine . Oh well nothing I was going to spend my last tag on . He continued the way the other buck went but stopped right under my stand , he knew something wasn't right so he turned went back the way he came . Definitely the way a mature buck will act, hate his rack was busted up . Hoping to see what busted his rack up but only seen several more does . Blessed day for sure though may start hunting my place let this place settle down some .
