What are the best bass lures for pond fishing in colder water? For example, fishing in November and December.

Weightless 4-5 inch soft plastics. Stay small in winter, and let it sink slowly. Don't know how deep the pond is, but if fish are deeper than about 15ft put the smallest split shot you can find 2 feet from your hook to help get it down.
