Fall Turkey Hunt question

Ok I can't find my reg book but even if I could from what I am hearing I am not sure whether I could figure it out or not.

Is Weakley County having fall turkey hunts and if so what do I have to do to get a permit and how long do I have to get it.

Best info would come from that Regional Office, but from what I can see it looks like Weakley County will be open Dec. 6-10 with one either-sex turkey.

All special deer and turkey hunts are non-quota this year. Type 94 permit unless you have a license that covers the 94.

I think most of the hunts on your end of the state were canned this year, but as far as specific counties I am clueless.

I don't hunt turkeys in the fall, so I never look at the regs, just heard some buzz regarding possible closure of some of the western counties this year.

Believe there is a hunt D but no draw this year its open to all.
