Fall Turkey Question

I notice that the bag limits are county-specific in the fall. Is that based on residency or just where you're hunting? I live in Rutherford Co., so does that mean I can only hunt in my county?

No. You can hunt any county you wish

And if I understand correctly, those are county limits vs. state. You could kill 6 in one county, 6 in the next, 1 in the next, etc.

Last year I thought it was cool I could hunt 3 different counties here and potentially kill 18 birds. After killing 6 in one county I decided that was plenty. I do love fall hunting. Really want to get a longbeard in the fall, maybe I will get lucky this year.

I've tried to look a little more to find out about fall tactics, but I guess I'll wait until it's closer to time to go. I've got enough on my plate trying to tag 3 and 4 this year!

Man, I love the thought of bringing a load home, too! It'll be hard to get my mind off those "bone-heads," though. Ha!
