I see no reason to go with Mechanicals. I've had no broadhead issues with Thunderhead, Slicktrick, or G5 Striker. I prefer the Striker for sharpness, perfect flight, and awesome hole in deer for such a small head.

If you want a good fixed blade thunderheads are the ticket Iv shot the t heads for a few years and iv shot muzzys and and the theads domminate the muzzys
If you want a good mechinical i would go with Rage
