Fed Ex Requiring Pic of DL to Deliver Powder

Hell took the grandson to Hooters a few months back and ordered a beer, little gal asked to see my DL, she took it and started to take off when I stopped her, asked where she was going with my DL and she said she has to scan it into the register , I said let me have it back, no menus they want you to look on your phone, piss on them I only wanted a few wings and a beer, over 60 and my pissedoffmeter went to full tilt, we left not her fault but they don't need my $$$

More and more places are doing that. They think they can push their BS on customers. Many of them sell that information or store it on unsecure servers. Good for you for refusing.

All the information on all of us is already out there for anyone that wants to either search for it or pay for it. But scanning driver's licenses of people obviously old enough under the guise of checking legal age because the company "requires it" is BS. Walk away.

Obviously they don't all get scanned or sniffed since a bunch of bombs have made it through. But I would bet some do. I won't ship anything that requires HazMat shipping because of the hassle, and because of the fines if you get caught violating the law.

I don't know if they would knock on your door and put in cuffs like they do for drugs, but that would be my luck.

Last powder I ordered, the wife had to show ID to take delivery. Ironic, considering I had an SP101 shipped back from Ruger and they didn't care who they handed it to. They didn't even ask for a signature.

That is good to hear, but I thought I read somewhere(maybe on these forums) that ups was no longer shipping guns, gun parts, or ammunition... Guess components are still ok?

Got a box of .22 ammo dropped off today at my house while I was at work. So far so good.

Had Fed Ex drop off a couple pounds of powder today, driver handed me his gadget to sign, said just scribble something on there is good enough for me, didn't have to show anything else.
