Federal 20 ga. TSS shells

Just a quick note that Roger's Sporting goods has the Federal TSS 20 Ga #9 shot shells that folks were scrambling for last spring in stock right now. They also have a selection of the the Federal TSS 12 gauge, but I didn't check out what sizes.

I would predict that unless Federal has REALLY geared up that they might be in short supply right before turkey season next spring, so, it you need some, it might be wise to stock up while they have it in stock.

I've been keeping an eye out for some .410 shells. Not sure I'm ready to pay this for them, but it is the first place I've found that claims to have them in stock.

I went to rodgers website yesterday and ordered some Federal #9 Tss in 20 gauge. The one difference I see from last year is it now shoots 1200 fps. Last year when I bought them it was 1000fps in the #9. I wonder if they will continue to make the low recoil load or just done away with it?On the website it said this was new and still had the others as out of stock.

I bought some 20 gauge 1.5 ounce #9's and 12 gauge 3" #9's from Rogers 2 days ago.

When I ordered I was surprised they had them in stock but then noticed the fps was different than last year. I wonder how much difference that will make ? I killed two with the others last year and loved the way they patterned. I went ahead and got these while in stock because this is the first time I have seen the number 9 anywhere in stock. I have seen the # 7 but not the #9 .
