Thanks all, still psyched about the beard.... I couldn't get a long beard out of my head this season because that's what I wanted to kill most, but would not have guessed it to be a 12" long. Now I can start hunting for bigger hooks lol

Dang I wish the tail would dry out quicker lol... beard and spurs just about ready to go and I also gotta buy some wood and stain to make the mount. And some gorilla glue.

Did I mention I got 9 lbs of breast and leg meat. I thought that was decent for a 21 lb bird. Of course living with my family of 7 that meat wont last too long. Giblets saved for catfish as usual.
