1989, the game was in Birmingham. Alabama was #10 and TN was #6.
Bill Curry was Bama's Head Coach, Jeff Dunn was QB and a guy named Dabbo Swinney played Wide Reciever.
Johnny Majors was Tennessee's Head Coach, Phillip Fulmer was OC. Andy Cobb was QB with Chuck Webb as the star RB.

Alabama won 47 to 30. Since then(including that game) Alabama leads the series 22 to 11.

I bet some of you were still in diapers.

Andy Cobb? 🤔😄

I was born that July and was definitely in diapers. I am 33 now so it has been a few years.

Its been 5,834 days since Tennessee beat Alabama on the football field.

I played HS ball against Reggie Cobb.

I've seen some of guys in high school who went on to play big time college ball. They're like men among boys.

Saw Reggie Wyatt playing basketball for Chattanooga Howard. Looked like a freight train running down the court.
