The co-angler (non boater) is traditionally responsible for paying entry fees and share gas expenses since the boat owner is providing you with a place to fish. although this is traditional, it us up to the boater and non boater how this is handled.

If you are a boat owner and would like to fish but don't have a partner please sign up as a boater needing partner.
The angler (boat owner) is traditionally responsible for providing the boat, tow vehicle, and life jackets. As with above, those are points left up to the team to decide.
