Heat it with a hair dryer and clamp it straight and see what happens
I've also heard of putting them in Really warm water and straighten that way...As far as flight I think it would be determined by how stiff the fletch is.....
Shoot it and find out. I've not ever had an issue with them changing flight.

agree with this. and then shoot it at distance to see if there's any flight difference. i wouldn't hesitate to refletch but try that first

ragged feathers respond well to steaming and spinning the shaft,...
I've hit it with a heat gun for a bit and then once straight dunk in ice water. Works fine. That said, I got to where I would just refletch. Not much work. So much can go wrong with archery based off what I was doing wrong I didn't want to take a chance on equipment issues I could easily mitigate adding on.
