I have posted this already, but is worth repeating.
LONG before the Rage showed up, there was the Rocky Mountain Gator XP. The Company told a friend of mine that Rage bought that company, made a few changes to their Snyper, and started selling Rage heads.
I used the Snyper but REALLY liked the Gator MUCH better because it has NO RUBBER BANDS or o-rings.
The Gator also cut HUGE devastating wound channels VERY much like the Rage. 2 inch holes and LARGER on angled entry shots.
Then the gators were bought out by Rage and the rest is history.
But now, the Gator, (my favorite) has shown back up under another name. Redhead (BPS) sells it for NINTEEN dollars per three.
Now I don't know how much replacement blades are for Rage 2 blade heads, but I have helped a couple buddies replace them. WHAT A PAIN. I suggest you give the Gators a try. It might be a way out for the three blade users and a help to the old wallet for two bladers!!!
Hope this helps.
