Smoking some reds!!!!

Reds on the half shell with sautéed onion's & garlic on the Big Green Egg!!

Love that way of cooking them (minus the onjuns).
I use mayo as a binder, Tony Chachere's season and lemon-
I will try that…. I use a white onion and garlic , sautéed prior to slapping the filets onto the grill. Then place the onions on the filets when you put the filets on.
350 degrees and about 10-12 min later Wow.

I stole the recipe from Chef Andrew Zimmerman.
