For Those Who Appreciate Truly Fine Deer Taxidermy

I think the work is pretty amazing but I wonder how realistic it is that a buck would have ice sickles hanging from his antlers. I do believe they can have unmelted snow or ice on their hide but ice sickles on the antlers I'm not sure. They would need to remain motionless for a period of time. Truly unique idea though and very realistic looking.

Maybe....juuuust maybe....the stare down was so long the icicles formed. I COULD HAPPEN 😉

Pretty incredible work nonetheless

Incredible. Strangely enough I came across their page on Instagram today by chance and posted a screenshot of one of their mounts before seeing your post.

Amazing work! Love the uniqueness and attention to detail. If that's what he looked like when he killed him, that would be a great one to admire and relive.

Not if its freezing rain. Everything freezes in motion all night or day. I'd think though, if he was active brush would keep it knocked off. Awesome mount no matter.

I have followed them for a long time, the craftsmanship they put out is unmatched and to be a family run business on top of that.
Explains why so many tv personalities, actors etc etc have thiers done there.
Can't count the number of mounts they post that they have done for Nick Mundt, Michael Waddell and several others.

Nathan and his family are some true outdoorsmen/women....they kill some dandy deer and turkey as well!!
