Having issue again checking in to squirrel hunt it not an option but there are areas open. I did notice waterfowl is available tomorrow.

Anyone get you an area for this weekend? One of the active duty guys I work with is going to try to get in 27. Bet a couple of good bucks get killed this weekend.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. The way I see it is that you can't check into an area until 8 pm the night before you plan to hunt and have to have a printed copy of area assignment. How many people have access to a printer at 8 pm and people like me that travel to hunt the fort (approx 3 hours) going to cross this barrier? If I'm looking at this wrong please comment. I could be SOL on hunting the fort this year!

You are correct. However, I know people are buying printers ($35) and use an inverter for their vehicle. A smart phone can connect wirelessly to the printer. Also, the fish and wildlife office has computers to print from. However, this doesn't help after hours.
