Found some powder without breaking the bank!

I had to make a trip out of town today and stopped in at a small gun shop. While looking around I found a stockpile of powder and primers in the little place. I picked up a pound of RL-15 and RL-19 for $23.99 a pound! He couldn't take a debit card and that was all the cash I had on me. I'm going to head back up there and pick up some more stuff Saturday morning.

Sounds like a good deal. When you are needing 1 lb mail order is a terrible way to buy powder because of the hazardous material charge. I don't blame you for going back to this place to get some more while they have it in stock.
