flatten the metal and push sideways thru the loops. may have to use a tool to push. did that with other pouches on my hawkAttach this tethrd pocket to the saddle (it's a Cruzr)? Both are closed loops so neither one opens up to go through the other and I'm stumped.

Yup, then the buckle will keep it from sliding back out.flatten the metal and push sideways thru the loops. may have to use a tool to push. did that with other pouches on my hawk
I pushed with my thumb and then grabbed it with a pair of needle nose pliers. Super easy!It is difficult. What is described above is accurate. It feels wrong because it's a PITB but it is the way. I've done this on a few saddles as I tried different things. I found that using an awl is helpful to speed things along.
I know one thing, when I finally got those jokers through my 3rd saddle, I never moved em again. I have big hands and stuff like that is infuriating for me.I pushed with my thumb and then grabbed it with a pair of needle nose pliers. Super easy!
