Mushrooms.... Buddy of mine got into the Oyster Shrooms couple days back and shared some with us....double wet/dry batter and fried golden brown....wife made homemade ranch for dipping sauce.....went well with grilled chops, grilled corn and Cherokee purple tomato.... oyster shrooms are good, not morel good, but a nice summer treat.
