All joking aside this case is not going anywhere soon and that means Cook will not be seeing the field. The two main reason is because she's not a FSU student so it will not be swepted under the rug. Also she's already give info to ESPN. That means she's taking this to the mat.... :tu:

I posted this link because I know Mudbone can read and can also think on his own. Trey don't try reading this because I know how fragile your mind is. The one witness could not identify Cook out of a lineup. The other was drunk by her own admission and had been arguing with the girl. Good luck

I'm starting to think the video of the qb punching the girl is fake. The girls in Tallahassee are out to get fsu football players.

What does it matter what I think Mudbone. Most of y'all have made up your mind on that. The only sober witness said he could not ID Cook as the one. The two intoxicated girls, as noted by the Officer who responded, couldn't ID until a week later when shown a picture by her daddy. Three witnesses said it wasn't Cook. It will be over in less than a month. Cook will play,Trey ,you, Gator and redblood will scream about preferential treatment. Life will go on. Many under privileged kids will become millionaires from all schools. Still doesn't matter what I think,but I hope he plays and destroys all the competition. If he doesn't there are many quality RB's waiting for his job. Mario Pender, Jaques Patrick, Vickers and many more including 5 stars that switched to offense. Jimbo banned all players from bars from now on. At least the SEC has the Johnathan Taylor rule that will stop a lot of abusers from transferring between schools. I'm sure this rule will be adopted by all. Your sarcasm is duly noted though.

Yes he charged Cook with a misdemeanor . What else could he do after Johnson. The case will be investigated but dropped within a month----no evidence except one drunk girl. NO other new ones yet. Two drunk girls Gator---not very credible .

I know what you think won't help or hurt the outcome of the case. I was just wondering if you think he is innocent or guilty. I have to guess you believe he is innocent if you hope he plays and destroys the competition. Why will you not say wether you think he is innocent or guilty?
 
Because he can't stand the thought of admitting his team/coach has a major problem
