FSU has made me embarrassed to be even slightly affiliated with ACC Football. On behalf of the ACC, I apologize to everyone here for the embarrassment that is Jimbo Fisher and his program. If it was up to me, they would be banished to the SEC.

I am honestly interested in badnole's opinion on wether cook is innocent or guilty.
Badnole, do you think he did hit the girl or not? Or do you not really care as long as he is on the field?
The guy IS a thug. He has been arrested several times for thug activities. Robbery, discharging and possessing a firearm on school property,brandishing a weapon, the BB gun thing, all dismissed. Now this... Maybe he is just misunderstood and hangs with the wrong crowd but imo where there's smoke there's usually fire.

Shoot Vermin ,you don't have to apologize for Fisher. Most don't want y'all in the ACC at all. ND is a half way. Just apologize for your coaching staff and some say head coach being involved with the death of one of your own.Vermin93":x7nocjh2 said:

On a related note, Brian Kelly just suspended one of the starting RB's for the first 4 games (vs Texas, Virginia, Georgia Tech, U Mass) for smoking weed. We have our share of pot smokers, too. It used to be a suspension for a full semester suspension, but they have cut it down.

Well Cook came to FSU in 2014.Last June, he was among a trio of FSU players who were questioned about a BB-gun fight that damaged property in Tallahassee.Less than $1000 between 4 people.
Cook was charged with criminal mischief and offered pre-trial intervention.Looks like he is guilty of this one.
A month after the BB gun incident, Cook was named as an 'associate' in connection to an aggravated assault involving a firearm that took place inside the FSU player's apartment building.It is fact that he was not the one and charge was dropped,he was not arrested. These are his charges,being an associate of a person who waves a gun.Please!!!!
Anything Cook did when he was 13 years old and would have been sealed as a juvenile,so the reporter is full of B--S---. I will ask a judge tomorrow if a reporter from UCF can get a juvenile's sealed file. So what is he guilty of. Being around some bad people. This will probably bite him in the azz sooner or later if he doesnt leave his hood buddies. Do I believe he punched the girl. No I don't. Did another player do it? couldn't say to that. Witnesses said he left before that fight happened. He will not waive his right to a speedy trial and will play the first game.---Cook for Heisman!!!!!!----Oh and if that girl took 5 or 6 punches to the face from Cook and only had a bloody lip and some dirt on her knee ,I hope Jimbo signs her for linebacker

This can't be right with Vanderbilt.
The 110 total reported arrests led to 226 reported charges*. Missouri's 16 arrests resulted in 26 total charges. That puts the school third in this statistic, behind Georgia (36) and Vanderbilt (31). :tu:
