The crappie were biting good this morning! All of these were still out in deep water.

Not much better than fried winter time crappie.

Looks like mostly whites. Maybe 7 black crappie? Excellent catch-

Water temp and depth? (If you don't mind)

Water temp on melton hill was 45 on Friday. I didn't do any good, but a friend of a friend had 16 big ones out of 2 feet of water.

Old Hickory 47 degrees in about 23' is where I did the best.

I didn't pay any attention to the water temp. These were 18-30ft deep.
