I'm just guessing, but I'd think they still go to the SECCG and if they win they're in the playoff, and if they lose they're out.

Georgia would drop in rankings and play winner of Texas vs Texas A&M in the SEC Championship game.

If Georgia wins the SEC Championship game, they will get a first round bye if they are one of the four highest ranked conference champions. If they are not one of the 4 highest ranked champions, they will be in the playoff at their ranking or as the 12th team if they are not already ranked in the top 12. They would likely enter the SEC Championship game ranked outside of the top 12 so if they lose that game, they should be out of the playoff.
