They did schedule it later, both coaches requested an earlier start time so they bumped it down to 3

Well that's crap. I thought I saw yesterday they said 24hr delay so I assumed it was the same time slot

I bet the powers that be in law enforcement wanted as much game played in daylight as possible so they don't have have darkness and shadows working against them.
