After round up I'm missing 3 Browning Hps. Went on line looking for a deal on the A60.
Put 2 in my cart direct with GardePro and tried every discount I could find with no luck. Left them in the cart while looking further. An hour later they sent me a 15% off code.
Not bad! 2 for $179, the price of 1 HP5, plus no tax , free shipping and a free wall mount. What ever that is.
Merry Christmas to all!

please school me on this camera, never heard of it
These cameras are made in China (not a plus), but their internal components are very high-quality. Instead of the cheapest imagers they could find (like most trail-cameras have), these cameras use Sony imagers, and the pictures/videos clearly show the difference. Image quality is EXTEMELY high. The A60 model will even take 4K video (although only at 20 fps). Sound quality on the videos is also amazing. And for me, the biggest seller is the night-time black-flash. Over open areas like food plots, I'm getting an honest 150 feet of illumination. This makes them perfect for monitoring large open areas.

The aspects of these cameras we don't know yet are battery life and long-term lifespan.

I've been running several of the A5's, a predecessor of the A60 and nearly same camera for a couple years now and battery life seems about par with any other camera. Naturally lower life in video mode and long life in pic. In pic mode batteries last all year long except on something like a mineral site that gets 10,000 pics/month. In video i can put fresh alkaline batteries in mid October over a busy scrape intersection, 15sec video and still have battery life by new year.

Thanks for that info Ski.

Mr. Hawk,

One other thing to mention about the A60s and other models of theirs, and that is the side sensors. To greatly extend battery life, all trail-cameras "go to sleep" between triggers. They power down their internal components except the motion sensor. Then, when the motion sensor is triggered, they have to power everything back up before taking a picture or starting the video. This takes a fraction of a second, but a moving deer can cover more ground than you would think in a fraction of a second. This leads to pictures/videos starting when the deer is more than halfway across the field-of-view, or worse yet, only getting the butt-end of a deer as it passes by the camera.

Some of the GardePro cameras (I know the A60 has it) have two side sensors pointing out at sharp angles. What these motion sensors do is power up the camera when triggered, getting ready for the main motion sensor to trigger the camera. These side sensors will not trigger the camera, but they will make sure the system is fully powered up so images can start the instant the main central motion sensor is triggered. I've found this means videos start just as the deer's nose enters the field of view. No more videos starting after the deer's head has passed beyond the field-of-view. I'm extremely pleased with this feature.
