Didn't get to listen this morning but on the way to pay the water bill I came across a flock of 50ish turkeys. They're always near the same spot on this farm that nobody can hunt. Toms (3 or 4 of em) were strutting right in the middle of all the hens and they all let out a big gobble right at the same time. Normally I don't like to slow down and stare at them from the road but I couldn't help it they were so close today. Gobbles let off, several seconds go by and all of a sudden they all realize some dumba$$ has stopped in the middle of the road to look at em & they start to make their way over the hill.
