Good video on bonded bullets

Interesting…., looks like you might be eating lead with bonded bullets. Will stick with my monolithic Barnes TSX retaining almost all of original weight IF I got all of this correct.

yeah you sound right. interesting for sure.
 
Given same construction, lead hardness, jacket thickness, fragmentation will be similar. The only difference will be the pieces of lead fragments will not be adhered to the pieces of jacket in the non bonded.
 
Well that is eye opening. I mean I guess we should have realized that whatever isn't retained is in the animal but that just puts it right out there to see.
 
Why has lead poisoning in people who eat wild game never been an issue before now? People used to live on small and large game in higher amounts than today and it was not reported then. As a matter of fact studies have been performed that show that there is no statistically relevant rise in lead blood levels in people who regularly consume wild game, and copper bullets or shot were not a factor in that that I remember
