and, not surprised. I bought a new bow there in 2024 and they really did not seem to enjoy their job much. Maybe they knew they would be closing soon?
This was not a place for new bow hunters. I pretty much knew what I wanted. They were the closest dealer of the bow I wanted, so I was sort of stuck buying a bow there. Chose them for location convenience much more than their service.
Love the bow, it was set up excellent, but it took a long time (several weeks) to set up a bow off their shelf.
Hopefully it opens the door for another dealer near me to pick up the Mathews line.

That's the thing I hate most. Is the convenience I will miss. But I don't disagree. The guys that were there didn't seem happy to be there at all. Been wanting to go to Taylor's archery and I'll start going there I guess.
I know the lodge (binks) has picked up archery the last couple years. Will look there maybe.

Yep. Same here. Taylors is my next choice for sure. Been there before and they were great to work with. Only thing it's the distance and knowing 1 trip usually means 2 trips.
Lodge/Binks was great as well when I went there, but did not carry the bow I wanted.
Hoping Timberwolf Archery in Rockvale can maybe pick up the mathews line now. That would be great. But mathews may think Taylor's is too close? And not allow it. I say let everybody carry what they want and let the market/service decide... competition is not competition when mfg pick winners and losers. They all do it though
