Just got a new string put on my cardiac. Shot it at the shop and it was doing alright. Get it home and now it is shooting like a terd. My peep keeps rotating no matter how far over I move my loop. Had to re serve the string because the serving was to low. Cant put any more or take out any twist in the cable as the bow is in perfect tune according to the cam. Just plan aggravated right now. Any ideas fellas.

You need to shoot a 100+ shots just to get the string to settle before you can get a good set on your peep.

Shoot a bunch of shots with it very close to the target and don't really worry about aiming. Focus on shot sequence so you get some benefit out of your time then take it back to the shop and have them set your peep again.

Guys, everyone needs to remember to always, always shoot your new strings a minimum of 50-100 times before you ever install the peep. A lot of problems that archers have with peep rotation can be attributed to not shooting in the string before installing the peep. If you purchase a new string at a pro shop, make sure to tell them to let you shoot the bow for a while before permanently trying to set the peep.

Shoot the h@ll out of it!!! C,mon now......just sounds like excuses to me hoss!! LOL Bring it over this weekend and we will break it in.....Im itchin to shoot anyway!
