Guess they have all the major rim fires covered, but no 21 Sharp. I'm guessing they don't expect Winchester's new offering to take off at all.

How would this compare to the b14r?
This is Bergara's micro rimfire action using proprietary mags. The B14R is a REM 700 footprint. Other difference would be the stock. Barrels are essentially the same. This model is essentially the BMR with a heavier steel barrel and a stock more designed for competition.

Looks good.

Hopefully that fixes the feeding issue with the old mags. Quite a few older Bergaras around here and I've seen one feed reliably.

Hmmm, you may be talking about the B14R. There have been issues with feeding if that one was dropped into a chassis or other aftermarket stock. Have not heard of feeding issue with this model or its predecessors. Or possiblybuoure talking about the BXR which is the 10/22 clone???

Yeah, that b14r. No, they're all in factory stocks as either hunting rifles or in factory class at matches.

A friend sent his back twice, it's mostly feeds now. 3 different guys brought theirs to matches and had to single feed them because they wouldn't feed from the mag. A few other guys had them and moved them on because of finicky feeding. There is one that I shoot against that has been 100% reliable. They've all shot good though.

I'll be honest, I don't have one and have only shot a B14R once. They are shooters but that's disappointing to hear about those feeding issues

From what we could see it was 100% mag related just from how they fit. Guys could put pressure on them in certain ways and they would feed and then the next mag would be completely different. The new rifle in the video and the new mag setup looks much better.

We've seen the same thing with Vudoo rifles that take those big mags, some feed and some don't.

I have the first iteration of this new model and can attest that feeding with these mags is great. I run the carbon version out to 300 yards on a 5" plate and average about 75% hits. Adding a few lbs of weight would certainly help
