Got Spring 2017's wine bottled

22 bottles of Strawberry 13.5% ABV
30 bottles of Blackberry 12.8% ABV
5 bottles of Blueberry 11.8% ABV

The Strawberry is good but needs at least 6 more months to mellow. I think the recipe I used said it was great at about 2 years.
The Blackberry needs probably another 3 months to mellow.
The Blueberry is fantastic, and already very drinkable will definitely make that again this year and more of it. :super:
