Heard ONLY ONE

Only gobbled twice.

Yea they had the lock jaw this morning for some reason. Only heard 2 birds this mornin. The first gobbled once and the other twice and thats it. Really tough hunting out there today birds didn't respond to anything.

Man I thought it was me!! Worst morning this year!! Hit the ground at 7 and it was over!! Geez!!! Should have stayed in bed!! Saw one hen and one deer!

You guys make me glad I didn't stay and hunt today.I hunted fri. and sat. got birds in close but they stayed just out of gun range.

They were actually gobbling pretty good where I was at. I'd say we at least heard 5 or 6 all together. Had one out in the field in front of us strutting and gobbling but wouldn't come in.
