Help please

I shoot a T/C Black Diamond. I like the gun, the only thing is that my ram rod makes alot of noise when i move the gun around. Ive used a safari sling on it for the past 6 years and always make sure the strap is pulled tight to insure my ram rod wouldnt bang around when im in my stand. It makes it a pain in the neck though to get my ram rod back in after reloading. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

order yourself a fiberglass ramrod. i replace the metal ones when i buy a new mzldr.
