Help zeroing red dot

I've never had one "stick," so I don't know exactly what that entails. Does the dot still move, but not as much as it should? Or not move at all?

If you look through the sight while turning the dial, can you see the dot move?

It moves but it was maxed out and still shooting a ft high. Just put two aluminum can shims under the front of the rail and I'm good now

Worked like a charm on yours

Worked like a charm on my cousins. It was actually hitting on the box but low and wouldn't move. Ran it all the way up then down and it was good to go.

Burris gets stuck too. I have had to do the same fix with two of them.

Agreed. I bought one for my dad for Christmas. The dot doesn't move no matter what you do. I'll have to call them and/or send back to Burris
