Thanks UTG. Good looking targets. I have been eyeing the ones at walmart and will buy one if my current target gives out. Actually, if they take broadheads I might buy one before season anyway. I made a bag target with old clothes and it stops field points very well. But I will need another one for broadheads.

edit - duh, says field point target. Wonder how they would take a broadhead. Just need something to shoot a few times to adjust my sight for the thunderheads.

You could get a cheap layered foam target that takes broadheads and field points. You can find some for about $40. My experience with these is they don't last very long if you shoot a lot, especially if you shoot broadheads into them. If you shoot at multiple spots you can get a decent life out of them.

I love a bag target as compaered to anything foam, once it gets to wher your shoot'n thru just rebag it & its good for another year.

But as said they aint for broadheads, shot mine with a broadhead just to make sure my arrow would fly straight (it did luckily) & the arrow never even slowed down, in one side & out the other in the blink of an eye.

I dont shoot near as much as you, so I bet it would last me a couple seasons at least.

Yeah the one I made with old clothes is great for the field points. Not even going to try with broadheads
