I bought a new bag target a couple weeks ago and wanted to build a stand for it. I researched many other DIY stand projects and decided to go with this one. So far it's been great and super easy to put together. I thought it might get more looks here in the archery forum vs the do it yourself forum. If anyone is interested here are my dimensions: 3-36", 4-28", 2-40", 6-90 degree elbows, 2-tees. All 2" PVC. The bottom has the 28" pieces connecting to the tees and two of the 36" pieces as the cross-lays. The uprights are the 40" and connecting the top is the other 36" piece. I like that its light weight and can be moved easily. I was going to paint the PVC but decided I liked having the white outline of the stand in fading light.

Re: My homemade bag target holder/stand

Thanks guys!!!! I am not very good at building things at all. With that said this was a very easy build. I stole ideas from other builds I had seen.

Very nice!!! It's similar to the one I built for my pistol targets, and it doubles as a hanger for paper tuning.
