Just wanted to commend Hornady on their customer service. I inherited a set of 9mm dies missing the decapper rod. Contacted customer service to see about buying one since I couldn't find a source. The immediate reply was send your address and we will send you one under warranty. It arrived a few days later.

I admit that I used to never use Hornady anything. That has changed over the last few years to using a lot of Hornady stuff. They actually keep bullets in stock and keep releasing new stuff .

Bought a custom grade full length sizer for my 7prc. It sized the neck so small that the expander was very difficult to pull back thru it. I called and they sent a new die body. It was also too small, sizing the neck od down to .287" and the expander opening it back up to .212". IMO, this is overworking the brass. I ordered a Forstner bushing die with a .310" bushing. While waiting on it, I reamed the Hornady die to .310" and it worked perfectly.
