Any guesses on ages?

i would say 3.5

I was thinking 4.5 because I'm pretty sure this is the same deer I saw during the rut last year. He was directly under me for about 10 minutes resting so I got a good look at him. I was thinking he was in the low 120's last year and a 3.5. Looks like he gained about 10 inches and mass. Could be completely wrong though.
