how squidish are turkey

On my aunts farm she has a small flock of turkey tearing up their gardens and what not. Their neighbor snuck over and shot at the yesterday afternoon. I was planning on hunting tomorrow morning. Should I stilk be good to go. Or will they be too hard to get now
