Huge antlers that broke or just weird?

First time getting this guy on cam, at first I thought he was one of the bigger bucks that broke both antlers, but those are way too thick. Thinking they just grew that way and they're not broken?

Could be a "cactus rack" due to missing or nonfunctional testicles, but cactus racks get pretty big over time.
