Wrong all the way around. I didn't say it was shady in any form or fashion. It was smart and it was working with what the rules were at the time. Don't like it? Make better rules. I'm 100% sure I've read and researched this one more than you have and most every attorney agrees this is going UT's way and the ncaa has really screwed up. Fun Fact of the Day: I never actively cheer for UT Athletics to win anything; including cases where the NCAA brings forth allegations of cheating and UT tries to sue the NCAA to delay any penalties.
I've been told by TN fans that he's the king of all cheaters although he's never been under the microscope of the NCAA for violations in all his years of coaching at a high level. The GOAT in more ways than one I reckon!
