That's what I was thinking too.

Each processor is given x amount for HFTH when it runs out that's it. Flowers has to be at least 60 lbs and no older than one day old. I've seen some processors that do HFTH but the hunter has pay the process fee that's the way Lebanon locker used to be not sure how Walker's does it now.
