Hunting in the rain!

I didn't even think about the difficulty picking up a blood trail in the rain. I don't have any experience tracking a deer except for what I have read.

Give me a PM if you need help. I enjoy working out a challenging bloodtrail.

But to the topic, I used to hunt in heavy rain, but all I got was wet. Deer move very well right after a rain, especially if it's a thunderstorm that rains hard and quits quickly, as opposed to a day-long rain that slowly peters out. I plan to be at the woods in my truck around 10:30, and head in as soon as the rain appears to be over. Tomorrow morning should be nice!
