On the private property I'm hunting. Even my buddy who's family owns the land is impressed! He said he's never seen a bachelor group like this one on this property. We've had ZERO luck on this property for several years now, but this might just be the year..The adjoining property was logged a year and a half ago so maybe that's going to be a game changer, who knows. I just put out another camera on the other end of the property Yesterday (Saturday) close to some water so there may be more than these guys. I'm looking as forward to hunting here this year almost as much as the qdm property I get to hunt a couple weeks a season.

Anyway, here's a couple pics of them. We got pics of 4 bucks total. I didn't post a pic of all of them. Nothing spectacular, but if you knew how the hunting on this property has been for us you'd understand! :D

That much corn will bring the deer ...and every coon for a mile in.
When the corn is gone do not be dissapointed, they will go to.
You must remove corn 10 days before season if I am not mistaken.

nice bucks, does that feeder hold water in that opening

Naw, the bottom of it is a drain.

I don't know how much it holds, maybe 1/2 a 50 lb bag. These pics are from my buddies cam. I have hole where a trophy rock used to be within sight of my feeder... ;) I'll check it maybe once or twice before season gets here. I can't wait!

BTW, there were a little over 1400 pics on his camera (the one these pics came from) and only about 40-50 of them are of deer... :D

Boy that has to get your spirits up.

Considering we've wondered for the last 3-4 years if there even were any bucks within 5 miles of this place that make it over 1-1/2 years old, yea my spirits are up about this season... :D

My favorite part is that I only have to drive about 10 minutes to get there and only walk a couple hundred yards.
