If not mistaken, there is a new rule for baiting ....Saying you can leave bait all season long , just can't be within 250 yards of it knowingly ( not sure how to prove that).

Yea, it just basically specifies the 250 yard distance I believe. All that will be gone in a couple weeks and we're not putting anymore out anyway though.

You're right, and I agree about the confusing part...kindof a grey area, but it don't really matter in my case.. :grin:

Yep ,that Law is going to be a can of worms for sure.
I can see so many scenarios in that law it is almost funny.

I have a feeder much like yours..except at the bottom we have the bottom of a 5 Gal . bucket cut.. to catch the gravity fed corn.And at the top is a Cap . no water.
