Nice buck! I love hunting the hardwoods but I hate how it forces you to make a quick decision. Now or never gets me into trouble usually. That's why I opt for more open areas.

Except for a food plot that I rarely hunt, my whole place is pretty thick. I have passed three bucks this year that I wished I would have shot as soon as they were gone but didn't have enough time for a good judgment. I saw two bucks I would have loved to have shot but didn't have a clean window. I was on the fence with this one this morning. It's tough and sometimes frustrating hunting but I typically see a LOT of deer so I think that makes up for it.
